Return-to-duty is an observed DOT urine test. Follow-up tests after that are also observed. The SAP sets the follow-up schedule: at least six tests in the first twelve months, and the schedule can run as long as sixty months. Employers do not invent a lighter plan.
Follow-up management — tracking that schedule for you — is a separate coming-soon service. The test itself can be ordered now at the observed price.

Evaluation and treatment recommendations come from the SAP. We do not play that role.

Directly observed, under Part 40. A regular unobserved screen is the wrong product.

Return-to-duty reporting is a Clearinghouse duty. We do not claim the filing is included.

Can you recommend a SAP?+
We are not a SAP network and we do not steer you to one. FMCSA explains how a driver finds a SAP.
Is a negative return-to-duty test the end?+
No. Follow-up testing is part of the return. Skipping it is its own problem.
Why is observed more expensive?+
The collection procedure is different and the price is published as its own line. It is not a surcharge we invent at the clinic door.
