The request form collects the name, business name, phone, email, business type, optional tools, and description of time-consuming work that a visitor chooses to submit. That information is used to reply to the request and to prepare the assessment.

Submissions are delivered to a private destination configured on the server. The site does not embed third-party forms, chat, scheduling, social feeds, or advertising pixels, and it does not set tracking cookies.

Form submissions are not sold or shared for marketing. Access is limited to the people preparing the assessment.

Questions about a submitted request can be sent by replying to the email you receive after submitting the form.
