The full agreement is shown on the fleet enrollment page before anyone signs. It covers one combined pool, a private company file, a certificate after the year is paid and the roster is on file, and the $299 annual membership.
SJCC does not claim to file Clearinghouse reports unless the carrier designates us and that designation is accepted in the federal system. A hire-screen enrollment is an addendum: no membership and no pool.
