The panel is marijuana metabolites, cocaine metabolites, amphetamines (including methamphetamine and MDMA), opioids (including the semi-synthetic opioids in the federal panel), and phencyclidine. Cutoffs are the ones in Part 40.
A verified non-negative result is an employer problem under the Clearinghouse rules. SJCC does not file that report unless you have designated us and the designation is accepted. Today, checkout does not sell the filing.

Pick the reason
The reason changes the paperwork and, for return-to-duty and follow-up, whether the collection is observed.

Pay $73, or $109 if observed
The order is not released to the clinic network until it is paid.

Collect
The donor completes the federal form at the site. Shy bladder procedures, if they ever apply, are the collector’s, under Part 40, not a tip sheet from us.

MRO, then the employer
The MRO calls the donor before a non-negative is verified. The employer acts on the verified result.
Questions
Is random the same price as pre-employment?+
Yes. The specimen and the panel are the same product. The reason code changes. The price does not.
What if the donor cannot provide a specimen?+
Part 40 has a shy-bladder process of up to three hours, with fluids. That is the collector’s procedure. It is not a reason to cancel a random and try next week.
Do you ship a kit to the truck?+
No. The person goes to a clinic on the partner network.
